ADMISSION TO B.E / B.TECH. (PART –TIME) SELF – SUPPORTING DEGREE PROGRAMME 2010 (For Working Professionals)
Applications are invited for admission to B.E(Part Time) Self Supporting Degree Programme, offered by Anna University Tirunelveli for the year 2010 at the following centres:
i) Tirunelveli
ii) Nagercoil
Application forms can be had in person at the University Office from 16-11-2009 on payment of Rs.500/- (for General categories) and Rs.250/-(in case of SC/ST candidates belonging to TamilNadu on production of copy of community certificate) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Professional Development Education, Anna University Tirunelveli” payable at Tirunelveli.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:
a) Qualification: Candidates should have passed the Diploma examination in Engineering / Technology in the relevant branch of specialization conducted by the State Board of Technical Education, TamilNadu or any other equivalent examination recognized by Anna University.
b) Year of Qualifying for Diploma: Candidates who have obtained the Diploma in the relevant filed before 01.01.2009 are eligible.
c) Employment: Shall have been employed for at least one year after passing the entire subject in Diploma.
d) Place of Work: Candidates should be working in a place within a distance of 65 km from the centre so as to enable him / her to attend the classes regularly by 6.15 p.m.
