Panjab University, Chandigarh
It is for the information of public in general and the students in particular that due to declaration of Parliamentary Elections, Panjab University, Chandigarh has modified its Date-sheets for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Annual, 2009 examinations.
For the courses being run in the affiliated Colleges in the State of Punjab and Chandigarh, there will be no examination from May 4 to 16, 2009. The second stage of examinations will resume from May 18,2009.
For such courses, which are either being run in the Panjab University Teaching Departments or in the affiliated colleges located at Chandigarh only, there will be no examinations on May 7 and from May 11-16, 2009.
The modified date-sheet for B.A./B.Sc. (General and Honours) is available at Panjab University website: www.puchd.ac.in.
However, the Combined Entrance Test (CET) - 2009 will be held on May 17, 2009 as announced earlier according to Prof. A.K. Bhandari, Controller of Examinations, P.U.
