CONVOCATION 2008
The Convocation is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 11th of October 2008, in the afternoon with a full-dress rehearsal in the morning on the same day. The exact timings will be announced later. A student who does not attend the rehearsal in the morning will not be awarded degree during the convocation.
All students who completed their BE/ME programme after last year’s convocation are likely to be awarded degrees in this convocation. Those BE and ME students who were admitted to PEC prior to 2004 & 2006 respectively, but have completed their programme only after last year’s convocation (held in June 2007), are requested to furnish their details – Roll No., Name, Branch, Programme (BE/ME), Month & Year of Completion etc., to the office of the Dean, Academic Affairs, PEC, Sector 12, Chandigarh-160012, at the earliest, to help this office prepare their degrees in time.

ATTENDING THE REHEARSAL IS MANDATORY
Candidates who do not attend the rehearsal (and convocation) may obtain their degrees in absentia later, on payment of Rs. 500/-
