ADMISSION NOTICE – 2008 - 2009
The Directorate of open and Distance Learning, University of Kalyani offers the following courses under Distance Mode of Learning for the academic Session 2008-2009.
1. Two years Post –graduate Courses : M. A. in Bengali, English, History, Education & Public Administration.
(Eligibility: Honours/Speacial Honours/Three year General (including Bridge Course) Graduate having at least 300 Marks in the relevant subject or M.A/M.Sc with B.Ed for Education. In case of Public Administration the relevant subject may be either Public Administration or Political Science.
2. One year Post –graduate Diploma Course : a) Environmental Management, Dairy Production-Management, Goat Farming, and Fishery Management
Eligibility: Three Years Graduate in Science.
b) Mass Communication & Journalism and Cultural Tourism & Folklore
Eligibility: Three Years Graduate in any Discipline.
3. Two years M.Phil Programme : M.Phil in Zoology, Sociology, Education and Library & Information Science.
Eligibility: Minimum 45% Marks at P.G. Level examination in the subject concerned for general candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
4. One year Bridge Courses: Bengali, English, History & Political Science.
Eligibility: Two Years Graduate with relevant subject.

Enrollment will be issued after scrutiny of forms and other attested documents.
