It is also clarified that conditional permission for admission is being granted to the Art & Craft TTC at Sr. No.11 to 23 given above. Admission form are available in Govt. Art School Rohtak Phone.No. 01262- 252468) at the cost of Rs. 30/-. Admission forms can also be downloaded from Department website www.itiharyana.org.in Centralized Admissions will be held in VEI Building, Rohtak.
Qualifications for Art & Craft Course are :-
10 + 2 under the 10 + 2 System with minimum 50% marks with Drawing as compulsory subject in 10th / Matric.”
OR
“10+2 with 50% marks & Painter Trade under NCVT or SCVT from a recognized Institute.
OR
10+2 with Commercial Art or drawing and painting from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks”.
OR
“10+ 2 with Fine Arts subject from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks”.
OR
“Graduate with Fine Arts subject from a from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks in 10 + 2”.
OR
“Post Graduate with Fine Art subject from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks in 10 + 2”.
Note:- Merit will be calculated on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10 + 2
Age :- 15-40 years as on 1.7.2008, Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of Ex-serviceman and war widows.
Last date of receipt of forms : 07.07.2008 ( 4.30 P.M.)
Display of Merit lists on Notice Board : 09.07.2008
Ist Admission ( above 65%) : 10.07.2008
(60% and above) : 11.07.2008
(below 60%) : 12.07.2008
Display of remaining vacant seats :14.07.2008
IInd Admission : 18.07.2008
IIIrd Admission : 25.7.2008
The forms duly completed should be submitted on or before 7.7.2008 (4.30 P.M.) in the office of the Headmaster, Govt. Art School Rohtak. The incomplete applications and the applications received after 7.7.2008 (4.30 P.M.) shall be rejected. Candidate should attend the interview personaly alongwith original certificates/caution money etc. on the specified date.
