Overview

In today's highly competitive and globalized world, it has become imperative on the part of the companies as well as individuals to use the resources like money, manpower and other capitals in an optimal way for their sustainable existence. The knowledge on 'Strategic Management' gives them direction and strength in a unique way to achieve the same. It also helps organizations and individuals to take long-term decisions and formulate mission and vision as befitting to the flexible economic environment.

Faculty and Pedagogy

Economics and Management experts from IIT Kharagpur will deliver lectures, organize group activities, simulated and structured exercises, and case studies in interactive sessions. This four-day course will have 22 contact hours.
